Presence and Growth service terms

These terms apply to new purchases through the OKTD Growth checkout. Existing customer agreements are unchanged.

Service and access

One business location is included. Deliverables are those shown on the selected plan. Work requires the business information, approved materials and manager access needed to perform it. You retain ownership of your Google profile. A purchase does not authorize us to publish arbitrary changes; we confirm the permitted work during onboarding. New websites and additional locations require a separate quote.

Payment and renewal

Presence is $150 CAD monthly or $1,440 CAD annually. Growth is $300 CAD monthly or $2,880 CAD annually. Applicable tax is shown separately at checkout. The first payment is due immediately. Your subscription renews at the same billing interval unless cancelled. Annual pricing is 20% below twelve monthly payments and is collected in full, not in instalments.

Cancellation and help

Contact info@oktd.ca to cancel renewal or obtain billing assistance. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current paid period. Contact us promptly about an incorrect charge, access problem or service concern so we can review a resolution. Any rights you have under applicable law remain unchanged.

Results

We report work completed and available performance information. Google controls its systems. We do not guarantee a search position, enquiry volume or sales result.
