Presence and Growth service terms

These terms apply to the new onboarding offer. Existing customer agreements, confirmed pre-launch quotes and subscriptions keep their actual terms.

Google Presence pricing

New Google Presence is CAD $297/month or CAD $1,782/year for one location, plus applicable tax. Annual billing is exactly 50% below twelve monthly payments, equivalent to $148.50/month. The annual discount remains available after the bonus-trial window ends. Annual charges cover the full year, not monthly instalments.

Booking, card setup and the timed bonus

The standard service trial is 3 days. After your public listing setup and final starter article brief are submitted, an available server-issued offer gives 24 hours to complete both secure card setup and an actual confirmed onboarding booking. Our server verifies the Google booking receipt and successful Stripe SetupIntent timestamps before reserving 7 days instead. A proposed time, checkout link click or pending result does not qualify. The stored deadline does not reset when you refresh. An unavailable platform does not start a countdown.

Service starts after completed onboarding

Stripe card setup has $0 due now. Saving a card does not activate service or create an immediate subscription. After onboarding actually takes place, our administrator verifies the appointment, manager access, website approval and agreed scope. Free service starts at 9 a.m. Pacific on the following calendar day. Billing begins after the confirmed 7- or 3-day free phase, at the selected recurring monthly or annual amount plus tax, unless cancelled. We will not bill earlier than the earliest billing date you explicitly accepted. No completed onboarding means no activation or charge.

Cancellation and your free services

You can withdraw the optional signup or contact info@oktd.ca. A pending cancellation is not confirmed until the provider result is verified. Cancelling a signup does not itself cancel a calendar appointment; use the appointment cancellation control separately. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves a period already paid through; it does not automatically refund it. Your free listing and two starter articles, once per business, do not require a purchase. You keep completed website files and profile improvements if you leave.

Scope and other plans

You retain ownership of your Google profile. We confirm authorized work, access and materials during onboarding. Posting, replies and campaigns need your permission. Growth remains CAD $300/month or $2,880/year, paid at signup with no trial; annual saving is 20%. The separate eligible website offer keeps its CAD $150/month paid-from-day-one agreement. Additional locations or work outside the selected scope require a separate quote.

Reporting and help

We report actual completed work and available performance information. Google controls search results; we do not guarantee a rank, enquiry count or sale. Contact info@oktd.ca for billing, access or service help. Any rights under applicable law remain unchanged.
